Courhouse West

Courhouse West is located at 446 Second Street, Yuba City, CA, 95991. It is a beautiful, modern building that houses the Superior Court of California, County of Sutter. The courtrooms and offices are located on the second and third floors, with the first floor reserved for public services such as the District Attorney’s Office, Self-Help Center, Family Law Facilitator’s Office, and Probation Department.

The Courthouse also has a Jury Assembly Room, which is used to gather potential jurors for service.

The Courthouse is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm, except on court holidays. The public is welcome to visit the Courthouse and view the beautiful architecture and art work on display. There are also several public areas where visitors can sit and relax while waiting for their hearing or trial to begin.
