North Justice Center

North Justice Center is located at 1275 North Berkeley Avenue, Fullerton, CA, 92838. It houses the following courts:

– North Justice Center Superior Court

– North Justice Center Small Claims Court

– North Justice Center Traffic Court

The North Justice Center is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except for court holidays.

Visitors must pass through a security screening before entering the courthouse. Please allow extra time for security screening and do not bring any prohibited items to the courthouse.

Prohibited Items

– Weapons of any kind

– Controlled substances

– Alcoholic beverages

– Glass containers

– Metal containers

– Cameras, video cameras, and recording devices

– Food and drinks

– Toys

– Lighters and matches

– Aerosol cans

– Bags that are not clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 14″ x 6″ x 12″

– Any item that could be used as a weapon

– Any item that is illegal to possess

– Any item that is considered contraband by the court

If you have any questions about whether an item is allowed in the courthouse, please ask a court officer or security personnel before bringing the item into the courthouse.

Service Animals

Only service animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities are allowed in courthouses. The work or task a service animal performs must be directly related to the person’s disability. Service animals are not allowed in courtrooms, jury deliberation rooms, attorney conference rooms, or any areas where their presence might compromise the security or safety of courthouse operations, threaten the impartiality of a proceeding, or interfere with the decorum of the courtroom.

If you plan to bring a service animal into a courthouse, please contact the court in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
