San Jose Jail
The word “jail” is probably the second most offensive four-letter word to most of us. It’s a place we don’t want to experience first- hand. Unfortunately, rightfully or wrongfully, many people slip up and find themselves housed on the wrong side of the bars.If you are arrested in San Jose, California, you’ll want the help from a good San Jose bail bonds company. Here is an overview of what you can expect to encounter if arrested in San Jose.
The main Santa Clara Main Jail Complex for San Jose is located at 150 W. Hedding St, San Jose. It consists of two facilities: the Main Jail South and the Main Jail North.
The Elmwood Correctional Facility is located at 701 S. Abel Street in Milpitas, CA. It contains the Elmwood Men’s Correctional Facility and the Correctional Center for Women (“CCW”).

Once a person has been booked into the jail, they can seemingly be swallowed up in the system and disappear. After a family member of friend had received a phone call from the incarcerated individual, there is a system for keeping track of where that individual is.
To get information about an inmate, you can call the inmate information line at (408) 299-2305 seven (7) days a week between 5:00am and 1:00am. You must have the arrestee’s correct spelling of their full name to obtain information.
