Solano County Law and Justice Center

Solano County Law and Justice Center is located at 530 Union Avenue, Fairfield, CA, 94533. The center houses the Superior Court for the county, as well as the District Attorney’s office, public defender’s office, and probation department. The center also contains a jail.

The Law and Justice Center is the primary location for criminal cases in Solano County. If you are charged with a crime, you will likely have your first appearance at the center. This is where you will be formally charged with a crime, and where you will enter a plea of guilty or not guilty. If you plead not guilty, your case will be set for a trial. If you plead guilty, you will be sentenced. The center is also where bail hearings are held, and where victims can go to get information about their cases.
