Notre Dame Courthouses

Notre Dame Courthouses is located at 99 Notre Dame Avenue, San Jose, CA, 95113. The building was constructed in 1977 and is 13 stories tall. The building is currently the tallest in San Jose. The building houses the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara. The building has a total of 439,000 square feet and parking for 1,200 vehicles.

The courthouse was built to consolidate the court’s operations which were previously scattered throughout the city in various locations. The courthouse has 32 courtrooms and 3 hearing rooms. The building also houses the Santa Clara County Law Library.

The courthouse is located in downtown San Jose and is adjacent to the Santa Clara County Government Center. The building is accessible by public transportation and is within walking distance of various restaurants and businesses.
